Dear Yoga Teacher,

Thank you so much for your interest in Pilgrimage of the Heart’s Hands On Adjustment Teacher Training. We are honored to help you learn about the many benefits of skill physical adjustments to enhance the way you teach, communicate and lead your students in class. In this training, you will gain the skills and experience to:

· Confidently offer physical, energetic and verbal adjustments

· Lead a safe, fun and nuanced class

· Skillfully see bodies and alignment

· Empower students to find an overall depth in their practice, not just in the poses

· Add deeper layers to your private sessions.

This Hands On Adjustment Teacher Training meets from 1-8:30 pm on Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th 2017, and qualifies for 14 CEUs with Yoga Alliance. It will feature lessons in anatomy, asana modifications, sequencing, benefits and precautions, and assists for all types and levels of classes. Whether you teach flow and vinyasa, Hatha, yin or gentle classes, the principles you will learn can be applied to all classes.

Types of adjustments we will explore include:

· Sun Salutation

· Standing, seated, prone and supine poses

· Inversions

· Savasana

· Thai Massage Techniques

We’re so excited to share this training with you, and we are inspired to guide you towards a deep understanding of how to offer yoga adjustments in a safe and compassionate way.
