how to incorporate yoga techniques for deep relaxation,
stress-reduction and total mind-body wellness into your heath

Yoga and Meditation Workshops

Workshops include one
2-hour Intensive:
Learn 10 basic yoga
poses to develop strength, flexibility and balance; Learn effective
techniques for deep relaxation, concentration and meditation;
Experience the relaxing benefits of yoga; Learn from knowledgeable
teachers.
No previous experience
is necessary. Please wear clothing comfortable for stretching.
It is preferable not to eat two hours before class.

McKeever, owner of Pilgrimage of the Heart. He has lectured on
meditation in over twenty countries. He has studied with
Sri Chinmoy
for over 25 years.
