Yoga and Meditation Workshops

(Nothing scheduled at this time, but please contact Sujantra if you or your organization would like to host a meditation or yoga workshop.)

Workshops include one 2-hour Intensive: 

Learn 10 basic yoga poses to develop strength, flexibility and balance; Learn effective techniques for deep relaxation, concentration and meditation; Experience the relaxing benefits of yoga; Learn from knowledgeable teachers.

No previous experience is necessary. Please wear clothing comfortable for stretching.
It is preferable not to eat two hours before class.
