From Danielle:

Namaste Yogis!

We joyfully share our newest Living Yoga Immersion: Finding your Passion (Dharma) upcoming in May-June 2015. The program consists of 22.5 hours of workshop time spanning six weeks—including two “mini-retreats” to delve deeply into yoga on and off the mat.

As I have been on my own “dharma journey” over the years, I have found the yoga tools of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, visualization and reading of sacred and inspirational literature to be invaluable—along with the conscious cultivation of a community of people who are seeking their own passion and purpose. In this Living Yoga Immersion, we will explore all of these elements in depth and learn how you can harness them in your own dharma journey.

The Bhagavad Gita says that it is better to take your own path, however imperfectly, than someone else’s; I take that to mean that we all have a unique set of gifts that we can choose to share for the betterment of ourselves, as well as the world around us. What better time to align with your own dharma and discover or refine your path to living a life of meaning and passion?

I sincerely hope you join me in this exploration.

Be well and Namaste!
