In order to create more space at the studio, we’re updating some of the class times. Below are the classes that have a time change starting this Friday, June 1st. Be sure to check out our online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.

Mondays
9:00 – 10:15am – Flowing Yoga II – Normal Heights
5:15 – 6:45pm – Yoga II – Normal Heights
6:30 – 7:30pm – Yoga I – Normal Heights
6:30 – 7:45pm – Yoga II – North Park
7:15 – 8:15pm – Flowing Yoga I – Normal Heights *NEW*
7:45 – 8:45pm – Hot Yoga II – Normal Heights
7:45 – 8:45pm – Gentle Yoga – North Park

Tuesdays
4:45 – 5:45pm – Men’s Yoga I – Normal Heights
6:00 – 7:00pm – Hot Flowing Yoga II – Normal Heights
6:30 – 7:30pm – Yoga I – Normal Heights
6:30 – 7:30pm – Yoga I – North Park
7:30 – 8:30pm – Flowing Yoga II – North Park
