Rope Wall Yoga
Through expert instruction you will learn to use the rope wall to open your body, lengthen the spine, strengthen the core and improve alignment. The rope wall will make inversions and back bends more accessible. Working with ropes will improve your overall yoga practice!
We recommend that you have some experience with our Iyengar-based yoga classes or have a steady Yoga I practice prior to attending this class.
Class size is limited to 12 students. We recommend preregistering for this class.
