Our serene, clean and comfortable environment, coupled with knowledgeable and caring instructors make Pilgrimage of the Heart one of the finest yoga studios in San Diego. Our members range in age from 15 to 80 years young and we offer a complete range of yoga styles and difficulties from gentle, restorative yoga to advanced classes. Hot yoga will be coming in November!

As a member you will find yourself attending classes more often and more regularly, which results in improved strength, flexibility and balance both on and off the mat. We also offer free meditation classes and workshops to help refine and deepen your practice.
