Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga is located at 3287 Adams Avenue, 92116 in the Heart of Normal Heights (map) one of San Diego’s oldest and most eclectic neighborhoods. Before or after your yoga adventure there is plenty to do and see.

JYOTI-BIHANGA

San Diego’s oldest vegetarian restaurant, is one block east of the yoga studio. They offer delicious cuisine and are open 11-9 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 12-9 on Saturday; 11-3 on Wednesday and have a delicious Sunday Brunch from 9-1 twice a month (call for schedule: 619-282-4116)

PARKING

Pilgrimage of the Heart in Normal Heights is located on 33rd Street and Adams Avenue.
Street parking is available along Adams Avenue and in the surrounding neighborhood. Parking is also available at the Post Office lot across the street after 6:00pm, on Sundays, and Holidays.

The best intersection to cross Adams Ave. by foot (and the closest to Pilgrimage of the Heart) is Adams and Felton. To cross Adams by car there are lights at the corners of Adams and 35th St.; Adams and Felton; and Adams and 32nd St.
