Classes

Yoga has many benefits; it builds strength, flexibility and balance as well as reduces stress.

We offer Gentle Yoga classes for relaxation and rejuvenation as well as more active strength-building classes, including traditional yoga classes (Hatha) and flowing classes (Vinyasa). For these classes, the studio is heated or cooled to a pleasant temperature. We also offer Hot Yoga classes which are detoxifying and provide a full body workout that will invigorate your body and mind.

We offer two, free weekly meditation classes. Meditation is a healthy, natural way to deal with stress. Over 20,000 people have learned concentration, meditation and deep relaxation using our methods. Come in and try a class today!
